Personal Data
It is our prime responsibility to keep your personal data that is uploaded on the site for booking purpose, safe under our protection policies.
It is the absolute responsibility of the user to ensure his/her travel documents (such as identity proof, passport, visa, etc. if the user is not able to travel, in that case, WorldPath Travel will not be held responsible.
Service Provider
WorldPath Travel only assists the user in booking a flight ticket, as the contract of services is always between the User and the linked airlines.
It is WorldPath Travel’s responsibility to provide you authentic and voguish information.
It is your responsibility to arrange all your travel documents two weeks prior to your trip. If you find any error in the document, inform our service provider timely. So, that the error can be corrected.
As flight schedules, cancelations, the status of the airline/hotel, etc. are liable to change, so, World Path Travels is not responsible for providing all these information.
We are happy to support you, if the user has any doubt, he/she can contact our grievance redressal team. If the situation is not resolved or the user is not satisfied, in that case, you can notify the company by writing an email.
We are not responsible for the user’s personal loss or damage to his/her property, or any other incident that is out of our reach. Users are responsible for his/her personal belongings.
We only provide you with services, it is your responsibility to gather all the information that is needed for a trip.
If you have any special requirements you can inform our service provider. We will do our best to make the arrangements according to your needs or demands.
Payment
WorldPath Travel charges its users the current rates, as the prices of hotels, airlines, etc. are liable to change, the modifications in charges can be done from the hotel’s and airlines’ end.
If any changes (like cancellations) are made to the existing booking will be subject to levy certain charges.
There are some bookings that are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking that will be your responsibility totally.
When making a booking, it will take 3-4 days business days to process. You have to make your booking prior to the actual due date to not making any inconvenience.
Some obligations
As per the law, the user should be above 18.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the documents, (passport, visa, other legal documents)
The user is responsible for confirming the departure times of any booked service through the site.
We are not responsible for any delay or changes made by the hotels, airlines, etc. because of any uncertain circumstances (like – natural disaster, landslides, breakdown of transportation, etc.)
We are not offering an insurance policy for any loss, accident, sickness, or loss due to theft. The user should avail of travel insurance in his/her home country.
All the visits that are planned for wildlife safaris are non-refundable. Even the request for a date change will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be given.
Refund of the services that the user has not availed of will be refunded in due course of time.
We are only responsible for the information published on our site, we are not responsible for any error or incident that happens during the visit.
It is WorldPath Travel’s responsibility to assist or guide you on your trip and we will be happy to make your trip content by providing all the relevant or updated information to you. The information provided on the website consists of reasonable care and is best of the knowledge of the company to make the passengers’ holiday enjoyable and trouble-free. To make your bookings, you have to fill out the form on the website with authentic information.
